CrossComposite – High-performance lightweight

Where metal reaches its limits is where fiber composites are used, and when fiber composites are needed, CrossTEQ AG is the specialist. At CrossTEQ AG, we develop and produce lightweight components from high-performance fiber composites for the mechanical engineering, medtech, sports and luxury goods industries. With our own automated A-Comp Compression Molding process, we specialize in compression molding thermoplastic fiber composite into geometrically complex 3D precision parts.

As part of a temporary project with a global sporting goods manufacturer, we are looking for support in the production of fiber composite components using the compression molding process as of the beginning of October 2022 (until mid-December 2022, or as agreed). As the only production employee at our production site in the region of Kreuzlingen, TG you will have the great opportunity to take a lot of responsibility in the production of a cool product. Your tasks will include the following:

• Prepare and weigh fiber composite material
  

• Prepare and fill forming tool
  

• Operate production machine
  

• Demold / deburr components
  

• Perform quality control checks
  

• Report directly to the founder / lead engineer
  

• Other ancillary duties as directed, if applicable
  

• Completed vocational training
  

• Diligent and independent way of working
  

• Great personal responsibility and proactive action
  

• Sensitivity in dealing with mechanical components
  

• Manual dexterity
  

• Motivation and enjoyment of a constant, repetitive activity
  

• Good knowledge of German or English
