CrossTEQ presents A-Comp in Paris
JEC World - also known as the "Festival of Composites" - is a unique event dedicated to composites, their manufacturing technologies and application markets.
This year, from April 25-27 the leading trade fair is once again offering professionals the opportunity to meet with the global composites industry in Paris. We will not miss this opportunity.
Your briefing
A-Comp Compression Molding Technology
for the precise final contour production of complex lightweight structures
Case: Ultra-light composite valve plate for large reciprocating compressors, Burckhardt Compression AG
A-Comp Recycling Process
for the efficient processing of low-value waste into high-value composite parts
Case: Designer stool from recycled sports shoes, On AG
Details
At our booth (Hall 6 / R28) we will present our thermoplastic composite process A-Comp to the JEC-World visitors. A-Comp is our own compression molding process which we have continuously developed since our foundation in 2012 and which we were able to use for various composite projects last year:
A-Comp Compression Molding
Final contour precision manufacturing of complex lightweight structures
"High-Performance Lightweight" since 2012 – Since our founding, we have been supporting our partners in lightweight and mechanical engineering in the development, production and weight optimization of composite components. With A-Comp, we offer them a scalable manufacturing process,
for the automated production of simple to geometrically complex composite components,
ensuring maximum functional integration and at the same time
with identical mechanical properties to metals at a massively reduced weight.

A-Comp Recycling
Efficient processing of low-value waste into high-value composite parts
With A-Comp, CrossTEQ offers industrial companies versatile ways to make the most of any waste streams from their product lifecycle and return them to use. A-Comp enables:
the use of coarse, inhomogeneous, mixed plastics recyclates
the bypassing of complex, expensive recycling processes,
the reduction of virgin plastics in products
Business case: Designer stool from recycled sports shoes
